    3    How to set & re-set the performance standards of supervisors and their teams

    4    How to inspire people to be resilient and effective when under pressure

    5    How to deal with de-motivated and poorly performing supervisors

    6    How to manage and motivate resentful colleagues at work

    7    How to deal with age, cultural and gender differences

    8    How to manage difficult changes at work

    9    How to influence key people at all levels

   10   How to influence management meetings

 

* This course is similar in content to the ‘First Time Supervisor’ course but the approach is different i.e. it is intended for people who are long term supervisors, ex-supervisors or who ‘supervise’ supervisors
