4.      How to deal with angry, abusive people who will not listen to your side of the argument

5.      How to deal with age, cultural and gender differences

6.      How to stick up for yourself when you feel threatened

7.      How to defuse a potentially hostile situation at work

8.      How to mediate in a serious conflict at work

9.   How to give criticism to difficult people
